These Terms and Conditions govern use of Kid Books Store and purchases made from SSDM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Store operator

Kid Books Store is operated by SSDM Education Private Limited from the address shown below. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean SSDM Education Private Limited.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and activity carried out through your account.

3. Product information and images

We aim to present accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, and availability. Packaging, cover artwork, colour, and minor product details may vary from catalogue images where the edition or supplier changes, without changing the essential nature of the item. Contact us before ordering if a specific edition, cover, colour, or component is essential.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final payable amount are shown during checkout. Orders require successful payment through an available payment method unless another arrangement is expressly confirmed.

5. Order acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order request, not final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, delivery restriction, or another lawful reason. Any collected amount for a cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Customer cancellation

Ask to cancel as soon as possible. Cancellation is available before packing or dispatch where operationally possible. Dispatched orders are handled under the Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking, delays, and failed-delivery rules are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Eligibility, exclusions, return shipping, damaged-order reporting, inspection, and refund timing are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, place fraudulent orders, or use the service for unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

The Kid Books Store website design, original text, graphics, branding, and other owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, cover art, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. No content may be copied or commercially reused without permission or a lawful basis.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including order processing, customer support, security, cookies, service providers, retention, and customer rights.

12. Website availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
