This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Kid Books Store, operated by SSDM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1. Delivery area<\/h2>\n

We currently ship to serviceable addresses within India. Delivery to some remote or restricted locations may be unavailable. If we cannot serve an address, we will contact the customer and cancel or refund the affected order.<\/p>\n

2. Order processing time<\/h2>\n

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days<\/strong> after payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders requiring verification, special sourcing, or address clarification may take longer.<\/p>\n

3. Estimated delivery time<\/h2>\n

After dispatch, estimated delivery is usually 3-7 business days<\/strong> for major serviceable locations and 7-12 business days<\/strong> for remote locations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.<\/p>\n

4. Shipping charges<\/h2>\n

Any shipping charge, free-shipping threshold, or delivery surcharge will be shown before the order is placed. Charges may vary according to destination, package weight, order value, and courier availability.<\/p>\n

5. Tracking<\/h2>\n

Where tracking is available, the tracking reference will be shared by email, SMS, account update, or another contact method provided with the order. Tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.<\/p>\n

6. Delivery address and changes<\/h2>\n

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number. Ask us to change an address before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.<\/p>\n

7. Delays and split shipments<\/h2>\n

Weather, public holidays, courier disruption, remote-area service, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments without additional shipping charges unless stated at checkout.<\/p>\n

8. Failed delivery and returned parcels<\/h2>\n

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal without a valid product issue, re-shipping charges may apply. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery or an eligible refund after applicable shipping costs.<\/p>\n

9. Damaged or missing parcels<\/h2>\n

Inspect the parcel at delivery where possible. Report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect shipment within 48 hours after delivery<\/strong> with the order number and photographs so that we can investigate with the courier.<\/p>\n
