Return request window<\/h2>\n<p>Unless a product page states a different condition, you may request a return within <strong>7 calendar days after delivery<\/strong>. Contact us before sending any item back. An unapproved return may be delayed or refused.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Return eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, complete, and in the condition in which it was delivered, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Items that cannot normally be returned<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Books showing signs of reading, writing, folding, staining, or other use.<\/li>\n<li>Opened sealed toys, activity kits, or learning materials where hygiene, safety, or missing-piece concerns apply.<\/li>\n<li>Digital, downloadable, personalised, or specially ordered products.<\/li>\n<li>Clearance or final-sale items identified as non-returnable before purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These exclusions do not limit rights that apply when an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or supplied incorrectly.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders<\/h2>\n<p>Please report a damaged parcel, defective product, incorrect item, or missing component within <strong>48 hours after delivery<\/strong>. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, product, and affected area. We will review the evidence and offer an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.<\/p>\n<h2>5.
